“Take-Away” Gnocchi Filled with Gorgonzola

These gnocchi, made as always with only potato and water, enclose within them a creamy filling of gorgonzola, for full-flavoured and extremely pleasing pasta dishes. What’s more they are not pasteurised, and so really fresh, as if they have just been made.
