Gnocchi Filled with Rosa Camuna

Gnocchi like you have never tried before. To the dough made with only potato and water we have added a rich filling of Rosa Camuna (a semi-hard Italian cheese made with partially skimmed cow’s milk), a unique cheese of its kind. Why? This cheese is created uniquely in the Val Camonica from carefully selected milk, a characteristic that gives it a sweet and musky flavour.
