Gnocchi Filled with Mountain Cheese

Sometimes just a taste is all it takes to travel through flavour. This is why to our gnocchi made with only potato and water we have added a rich and genuine filling, made with mountain cheese made with hay milk, a milk from cows fed with 75% hay, without fermented fodder or GMO feed. This is to say a sweet, perfumed and genuine flavour, perfect for delicate and irresistible dishes.
